Lovely. The decor of the hotel and the room was understated and beautiful and it was very quiet and comfortable. The room was very large and very clean. The attached onsen bath was great! We bathed twice daily and the water was perfectly minerally and hot. While the buffet meals were the same for the three nights, they surprised us with a special “ippin” on day two and three. And the selections were all delicious and tasty. The maguro kama ramen was rich and savory, and the breakfast kaisen-don was luxurious. Service was top-notch and the staff were lovely. We did not want to leave.

Our one-week stay in this hotel was enjoyable and all the young staff working in this restaurant on the second floor was friendly and helpful especially Miss結衣 who was very professional, welcoming and helpful. I took my hat off to her.

Emily

The room was very big and we liked the organisation and furniture. The private onsen was spacious and it was great to be able to control the temperature of it.

Quentin

The hot spring water was very nice. Breakfast mainly consisted of fish dishes, but they were very delicious. The hotel staff were very kind and very good.

The hot spring bath. I melted into it and never wanted to leave. The room (Suite) was really big. Maybe too big for one person. The view was great.
